The dimensions of the M5.5 have been carefully combined to achieve a fine balance between size, weight and autonomy. A 5.5" screen required a battery up to the task: 3620 mAh. Everything has been integrated perfectly into a device weighing 162 g, with only 8.5 mm thickness.

The screen of your Aquaris M5.5 adapts to the ambient light conditions, thanks to Assertive Display technology and the ambient light sensor. The brightness and colour of each pixel automatically adjusts to the ambient light conditions to achieve optimum visibility at all times. The efficiency of this mechanism also reduces the energy consumption of the screen by up to 30%.

The screen: much more than meets than eye.

One Glass Solution, a technology which eliminates the space between the glass and the screen, resulting in a greater feeling of proximity and sense of reality in what you see with your Aquaris M5.5. The Full HD screen is equipped with Dragontrail protection, a layer of reinforced alkali-aluminosilicate which provides resistance against impacts and scratches. An Atmel® maXTouch® controller chip ensures that it remains touch-sensitive even in damp environments and when wearing gloves.
